The adoption of the law on the status of refugees means that these persons cannot be discharged from their homes, placed in a hospital or school. In particular, according to the law, a separate decision must be made for these persons, according to which they can be evicted from their homes in rural areas. Regardless of registration, field residents do not have the right to leave their home for work, education, medical treatment and property. The only exception, in accordance with the law, is made for persons who are found to have their homes removed from the status of a semi-defense position. Persons who, for any reason, left the territory while in the status of a field resident should be granted the right to travel without checks on public, government and private trains and buses that depart from government-controlled territory.
